Dr. Anthony Brunozzi, DO

I've been seeing him for over 15 years. He is the only primary that would go out of his way to make sure you were taken care of. The staff in the office was a different story. His bedside manner was impeccable and he didn't just rush you out the door.

I paid my first visit to see Dr. Brunozzi. Weeks after the visit, I got a call from one of the staff members stating that my upcoming appointment is canceled because they are "out-of-network". I knew this was impossible because I found them via my insurance company, and I asked them ahead of my visit if they were in-network. The young lady on the phone confirmed that they were. However, this other person did not listen to a thing I said. In fact, she was more interested in forcing the point that I would be billed and that my appointment was canceled. She lacked empathy and basic listening skills. When I received the bill, I called my insurance company and they found an administrative error and said that the doctor would be paid in full once the error was corrected. The doctor's billing staff should have done a better job at checking all things out before calling me with this nonsense. Unprofessional, and rude!

Dr. Brunozzi took his time with me. Answered all my questions and concerns. He provided me with follow up information as well.
