Did We See A Different Dr Anne Todd … ??
Dr. Todd came across as extremely rude and judgemental. She spoke to us as if we were beneath her. As if we didn’t know what we were talking about or were lying about our own medical history. They never reached out regarding irregular bloodwork. We had to call them in order to discuss. We continued getting billed as if we never provided our insurance information even though they required we provide all of that upon the initial appointment. Literally took hours on the phone several different times, with several different people to finally resolve. There were constant issues trying to get our medications called in. One staff member would tell you one thing and another would tell you something different. We honestly wouldn’t go back there if our lives depended on it.

The Best of the Best
Incredibly attentive and helpful . Dr Todd has been my PCP since I moved here in 2018. She has always spent enough time with me to review everything I have to discuss. She’s offered many helpful treatments and referred me when I need specialized care. She’s very open to include my own opinions on treatments. She always has some helpful information and includes teaching in every visit. She is very knowledgeable about nutrition which is somewhat rare for medical providers and she knows how important diet is in maintaining health or how it can be helpful in reversing some health problems. I respect her knowledge. She is very thorough. I followed her from the practice in Ball Ground to Elijay because I have been so satisfied with her care. She also has personable, efficient staff. Sometimes the wait time is long but not often. She always apologizes if it is. I figure since she takes her time with me she might have helped someone else who needed her time. I highly recommend Dr Todd.

No better family doctor anywhere, period.
I am a combat wounded Vietnam veteran. My wife and I are in our early 80s and have lived all over the world, literally, during a Navy career that spaned almost 30-years. We have had many doctors, and there are simply none better. Her entire staff is top notch, caring professionals. We followed Dr. Anne from Ball Ground to Ellijay even though it is a half-hour farther from our home. If we had to, we would follow her to South Dakota. North Dakota might be a bit far, we would have to think about that!

Frustrated
Husband suffers from cluster headaches. Booked the appt. with hopes to determine/rule out possible causes. My Husband asked me to go with him to this appt. Mainly, to help make sure he did not forget to ask any questions ( btw it is often recommended to bring someone with you). I felt Dr. Todd did not welcome my presence. In any event, even though there is not a lot of information out there on the causes, we’ve read that some cluster headache sufferers tend to have low vitamin D, Magnesium, an Melatonin levels. Naturally I asked Dr. Todd if we could check those levels and was told that was an unnecessary expensive test( I guess she thought she was paying for it). I’ve had my vitamin D levels checked routinely throughout my life so it did not make sense to me. Needless to say I was put off so asking our other questions was not any easy task and the responses did not get better. So basically a waste of time/ money for that office visit. Unfortunately, only allowed so many characters.

She refuses to see patients with ANY respiratory or cold or allergy sx. This has forced me to take my children to Urgent Care 3 times this year and cost me over $1500. Always get meds called in wrong and will not treat sx such as nausea if it's a persistent side effect of a med you have to be on. Saw her for several years but now am looking for a doctor who isn't so conservative that she abandons patients or lets them suffer.

Dr Todd was very attentive, and spent over an hour with my discussing my concerns. The best Dr experience I have had since childhood. The small town doctor feel with new medical knowledge of the city doctors. Just what you would want in a family practitioner.

Dr. Todd and her staff are the best for my family. My husband has some serious medical conditions and she helped us make the right decision for his care. She always explains any change in medication and why it is the best direction for my health. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
