Great psychiatrist, very competent and thoughtful.
Dr. Guica is very in competent in assessment, diagnosis and medication issues. She provided further referrals for me to get more information with physical brain imagery. She was extremely thoughtful and respectful during this process, especially taking time for my questions and providing information for me.

Wolf in sheep's clothing
At first the doctor appears so caring and sympathetic. But she really has an ax to grind of her own. She will not listen she will have her mind made up beforehand and it's a waste of time to speak with her patient to doctor. She dictates her diagnosis and her plan of care. If you disagree with her take a walk.
