Not wise enough to keep me alive. Don't trust him with Ketamine. He has no clue what he's doing and that when he fails the patient is forced to deal with suicide. I managed to survive by not telling him directly but in the 3rd person. He didn't even ask a follow up question. I could have stepped out the door and ended my life with a 9 mm if this was Texas. Unless your a better doctor than he is, steer clear of Ketamine. It can be deadly and you should be terrified of it not working.

Dr Mirow is an excellent listener and instinctively gets the debilitating effects of depression. A disease that cannot be x-rayed or show up in blood tests, rather the ill patient is under the added onus to judge their own diagnosis and evaluate treatment efficacy. Among 20+ practitioners in 45+ years, he is the absolute best. His vast knowledge of medications is outstanding He is a wonderful working partner to find on-going, satisfactory, and successful results. ALWAYS WORTH THE WAIT.
