No bedside manner
Dr hale doesn’t have any bedside manner. I went in to get help for menopause symptoms and she basically scolded me for not exercising. She said exercise would help alleviate symptoms. it’s easier said than done when you are exhausted and in pain and don’t feel well and then some unsympathetic person tells you to exercise. She offered no help what so ever!

I got pregnant and was not gaining any weight for the first 6 months (naturally I worried because what if baby isn’t growing), 7 month came along and I gained weight and was happy, Dr. Hale on the other hand said I shouldn’t gain any more. I started pushing myself up and down the stairs more (mind you I am active). Now every time I go I freak out over what that scale is going to say and I am basically not enough enough. Years of women getting pregnant and gaining 40 pounds or more it has never been an issue but with her gaining 4 pounds is A LOT!

Obsesses over your weight more than your health.
The staff are amazing, and kind. Dr. Hale on the other hand is the rudest doctor I’ve ever had to deal with. I suspect I have PCOS, especially after suddenly gaining 20lbs in a very short period of time despite having an active lifestyle (biking, lifting weights, running) and eating healthy. Because of my sudden weight gain my BMI says I’m overweight. But instead of concern, I was met with ridicule. I was told to eat less, skip meals, exercise more and track everything I eat even though there had been no changes in my lifestyle or eating habits. I have told her each and every visit that I have struggled in the past with eating disorders and tracking my calories will cause me to relapse, but was told “your a woman you’re eating too much” and “skipping a meal or two would be good for you.” Each and every visit (even before I suddenly gained) I have been met with ridicule. Telling me I’d be so much happier if I lost pounds. I believe this is a way to guilt patients into body sculpting.

Does not prioritize obstetrics
They will cancel your appointment and not tell you until a few hours before, some people work! Have fun with bitox and fillers!

Traumatized me
I went to her practice when I was 18/19 years old because I had concerns about my body. Her staff was rude, the wait time was long. I remember this visit vividly because of how scarred it left me: When I got seen by her, she was rushing me through the conversation, told me to lay down and proceeded to try to give me a pelvic exam WITHOUT telling me what she was doing or WHY she was doing it. She tried to touch me without warning me and was scolding me for being scared. I started having a panic attack and she basically blew up on me for being nervous and told her I was wasting her time. She then BILLED me for a PAP EXAM that I never got done!!! Completely unethical doctor and she should be sued for malpractices if she hasn’t been so already. This interaction severely traumatized me and I went YEARS without seeing a gyno for fear of this happening again. I’m still working through the trauma she caused me in therapy and it’s been over 4 years since she did that to me

Rude Staff/Uncaring Doctor
Rude staff that is allowed to treat patients unprofessionally. Takes forever for anyone to answer patient portal messages, if they do. I had a health scare and I repeatedly asked that the Doctor call me with results and I got the response “if something is wrong we’ll call you, if you don’t hear from us everything is fine. What the hell is that?? I scheduled an appointment to discuss this and I was not seen after an hour and a half because Doctor had to go and even then I was told Dr. Hale doesn’t call patients and I needed do schedule another appointment and that they don’t mail any orders so now I’m stuck without orders for a 6 month check up and follow up for breast issue until I again go in. Horrible office!!!

Hard Pass
Please avoid this doctor and her office at all costs. I waited for over three hours for my appointment. When the doctor came in to the exam room and I explained my frustration, she threaten not to treat me. Never said “thank you for waiting” or “I’m so sorry about that.“ I wish I could get this office and doctor zero stars.

She is super rude and judgmental and her staff are equally as rude. She doesn’t explain things well and is super demeaning if there is something wrong. I was obviously scared and nervous about some results and she managed to make me feel much worse about it and found more things to make me worry about and feel judged about. Not to mention all the overwhelming images of skinny women and the pamphlets her staff hands you for body sculpting procedures.

I was real disappointed by Dr. Hale’s lack of compassion. When the procedure she performed on me failed, I sensed that she was blaming my weight that made the procedure failed. Constantly picking on the food I eat, even salad. Found another one/gun who are way more compassion and are eager to solve my issues.

Yesterday, I had a follow up appointment with Dr Hale and she made me feel hopeless and terrible about myself. I have hypothyroidism, in the last 2 years my Levothyroxine dosage has increased from 25mcg to 125 mcg trying to get my thyroid to function correctly. It still doesn’t, so I have gained a lot of weight even though I eat a lot healthier than most people who I know. I have been super depressed lately because I have been trying to get pregnant for the past year nd when I asked her what I can do she tells me that I need to loose more weight, and puts me down saying that I’m not trying hard enough to loose the weight. But I am. I walked out of her office crying for the second time, she made me feel worthless. After every nasty comment she makes, she always says “I don’t mean to be mean”... well, it’s mean DR Hale. I will be looking for a doctor who understands my condition and works WITH me to be healthier and to help me get pregnant. I would not recommend Dr Hale to anyone I love.

I have never experienced anything like this. Dr Hale's bedside manner was horrible. I've never felt so rushed. Not only did she not explain anything to me.But when I was scared, she didn't even comfort me period. She made me feel more scared during my procedure. Never once did I feel safe in this office. The gentlemen that works in the front was completely unprofessional, so rude and just horrendous.

I was so scared to see a doctor. I waited 18 years to do so. Dr. Hale was patient and kind to me. She could see my anxiety and depression. She calmed me down and gave me the starting point fit my total body treatment. So glad I found her.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Judge-y, holly-er than thou complex. I am T1 diabetic with a 26 BMI. I explained that I had to change insurance so new endo was working to control my sugars again after having to ration insulin ( it’s sad). She proceeded to call me “ A bad diabetic... bad bad bad and should cut back to zero carbs”. My endo and new OBGYN said the same thing. My weight is clearly under control and my sugars have very little to do with my diet. I’m a T1, it’s an autoimmune disease. As an MD, you’d figure she’d know that and treat me with some compassion. Currently pregnant with an A1C of 5.9. Amazing what a knowledgeable, kind, compassionate OB can do. Do yourself a favor. STAY AWAY. NOTE: I had to give AT least one star. Definitely would’ve gone lower if possible.

Initially I loved her. Had a life changing procedure-NovaSure and she was awesome. Now every time I go it’s always about how she can make my face look better and losing weight. I lost weight and was on the Keto diet. She was extremely rude. I am now looking for another doctor.
