I was referred to Dr. Allen and made an appointment. Dr. Allen finally saw me about one hour and twenty minutes after the scheduled appointment time. She was not particularly friendly and she was not forthcoming with information. I had to ask questions to receive any information. She did not appear to be confident or comfortable with my particular situation, so I opted to leave without being treated. I've never had an experience like this before with any other doctor.

My daughter and I had a great experience at Dr. Allen's office. She was very patient as I get sensitive when it comes to eye exams. She was very accommodating and tried different methods to ease my anxiety. I would greatly recommend Dr Allen to my family and friends.

I found Dr. Allen unwelcoming and not particularly forthcoming with information. I felt as though I had to keep asking questions to find out what I needed, and that she was sometimes reluctant to answer. Then I went to a specialist and he told me that what she had said was not right.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Allen?
My experience with Dr. Allen was extremely disappointing. She was not friendly, was abrupt, and not cooperative with scheduling needs. She withheld medical testing information so that I was unable to follow-through with another doctor in timely manner, which caused difficulties, money, and was upsetting. I question Dr. Allen's ethics. I would never recommend her to anyone. I did not feel she was someone I could trust; she appeared uncaring.
