Frustrating
My in-clinic exams have been good. Dr. Butala doesn’t respond to My Chart messages. My Chart recommends allowing three days for a response. After waiting a month, I started calling his office. It took three calls and asking to report him to any kind of supervisor to get him to get a response. Now I have more questions and It’s been two months. Once could maybe be forgiven, but twice is maddening.
