Dr. Anita Bhola, MD

Dr Bhola was extremely caring, attentive, and thorough. I’ve had issues sleeping for many years but I’ve never had such an in-depth analysis and ways in which to help it. I found Dr Bhola to be extremely knowledgeable and kind and I couldn’t recommend her more!

Very rude, can never get through to her office.She should never have been a doctor. I will never go back there!

The practice is awful. Can’t get in touch since calls go to other departments. She is condescending, impatient and uncaring. Not worth it.

Does not know how to talk to people. When I asked how to fill out chart, Inwas made to feel like I was bothering her. They were supposed to call me with a day for the sleep study, never heard back. I called and your xant get anybody in the phone. When I finally got somebody they had problems finding me in their system. I realized its a call center. I hung up and I am never going back. Go somewhere else.

If only I read these reviews before my first appointment with her. RUDE CONDESCENDING I could go on. You’re given a sleep log to take home. She asked me what the codes meant when we reviewed it. Study the sheet before you give it to your patients! As I looked up at the CPap machines she growled “Why are you looking at those did I say you needed that “ OMG ! She’s the only doctor there one day a week Follow up appointment is 6 to 8 weeks later. I tell her Belsomra she prescribed didn’t keep me sleeping more than 2 hours at a time. She says try antidepressant which I already told her was ineffective before. She forgot to call it in to my pharmacy 4 days I waited. When I called (& you always have to wait for a callback ) I told staff she never called in my prescription & I will not be coming back there she had nothing to say. There are 2 ugly steel towers in front of Dr Bhola’s office windows behind her desk facing the patient. Symbolic ! Cold steel just like her. !

Never informed me that the provider of CPAP machine told her office they don’t accept my insurance. Waited 5 months for nothing. Cannot get in touch with her because she only gives the hospital phone #s.

I have had 2 sleep tests and have yet to receive any help. Her solution is to have yet another sleep test done. The reason I went to her in the first place was because I can't sleep. She says I haven't slept enough on my tests. Found her to be very rude and condenscending upon meeting to go over tests results with her answers to issue to prescribe meds that I refuse to take as I don't wish to be a zombie. (Gabapentin or Requipt). My 2nd skeep test was dine kast Wed and I received a call Fri to come into office on Monday to go over it. My appt was at 11 am. There was nobody else there to see her and she was sitting in her office going thru papers. I was not in her office for my appt untill 11:50 to see her and was out before 12:10 with no answers but advised to have another test done (3rd) and another prescription supposedly called in but yet to show up at pharmacy days latter. Stay away from her! I have met with my PCP and will deal with my issue thru them.

I have never spoken with such a disrespectful and mean doctor. She does not listen, quick to cut the patients off. Her bed side manner leaves a lot to be desired. I refuse to be seen by her again because no one should be subjected to this type of treatment.

Just awful service - borderline incompetent and rude

Dr Boula helped me a lot. She noticed I had a low ferritin level and I needed iron. This had been overlooked by other doctors. Dr Boula also diagnosed my sleep apnea. I was able to get a machine and she was instrumental in that due to her documrntation. She was helpful to me.

Lazy, unresponsive, and mean. It amazes me that she is in a health care field. Run. Don't walk away from this person. She supposedly works only one day per week at Cornwall Sleep Center, but she nEVER returns calls and is often not even in her office. On vacation this week. She is only in it for the money. I would give less than one star if I could. She abandoned me.

Don't have a sleep study unless you get in writing that she won't send you a bill even though you are covered by insurance. It is one year and I continue to get bills even though insurance covered and paid for her services and her office left a message saying bill was paid in full. Very suspicious.. beware!

It amazes me how they allow this provider to practice. I have never come across such a heartless, uncaring and controlling physician. I would rather choke in my sleep the seek any treatment from this provider, nor would I recommend any human being to be entangled into her vicious web. I will say her office staff is very professional and friendly. Its a shame she treats them with the same respect she treats her patients.
