Front staff were helpful and friendly! The doctor answered all my questions. My medications were sent as requested.

Dr Ho was the previous doctor in this office, then these new doctors took over. I've only met the doctors maybe 3 times, otherwise is the nurse practitioner students. All I ever get when I go in is a referral, go get labs done or 'we don't do that here.' No immunizations, no cortisone shots, even do a simple accu check for diabetics. Basic medical care. I'm searching for a new primary physician, anyone have a recommendation?

Dr Date is a wonderful physician who displays compassion and empathy for his patients. He is knowledgeable and really cares for his patients.

Dr. Date is very kind and easy to speak with. His nurse practitioners listen to my concerns and went above and beyond to help me with my health issues. They provide care with compassion. The nurse practitioners working with Dr. Date are caring whenever I’m in the clinic I feel well taken care of. Definitely will recommending this clinic for my primary care.

No one cares.

Had a telephone consult with him. First he has his assistant gather the history and then the assistant says he will send the information to Dr Date. Dr Date gets on the line and starts rattling off orders that have nothing to do with my chief complaint. He doesn’t bother trying to ask me questions but yet obviously does not communicate with his assistant. When I told him he wasn’t addressing the concern he starts stammering “you’re right. You’re right” Don’t go to this doctor. He doesn’t care about the patient and can’t even communicate with his own assistant

The office staff is TERRIBLE. Booking an appointment is a nightmare. Additionally, he has his nursing staff (nurse practitioners?) conduct most of his appointments. I have been going to Dr. Date for a few years now and I can't even remember the last time I was seen by him. I am not a regular visitor, so the appointment setting and nurse practitioners were annoying but manageable. But when I needed an medical appointment, I couldn't get a hold of the staff, only an answering service.

Absolutely horrible this man has been playing games with my life for me to a Specialist and they said I have achalasia and now he has not been around at all haven’t seen him won’t answer call me back can barely even get my medication I’ve lost over 100 pounds this doctor does not care

I don't know if I would recommend this doctor because he never bothered to see me. I went to my first appointment and was evaluated by 2 interns. Never saw Dr. Date. They sent me for blood tests. After a week of not hearing from them I called and asked about my tests. They said they would get back to me. Nothing again for a week. Now they are reviewing my tests. How much longer will that take?????
