Exceptional Bedside Manner
Dr. Smith performed a prostate biopsy on me. She was attentive, conversational and very patient-centric. She explained what she was doing and what to expect throughout. She made an uncomfortable procedure a nearly pleasant encounter. I felt that she was thorough and enjoys her work. She inspired confidence and put me at ease.
