Dr. Mallon is an amazing physician, highly skilled surgeon and an all around wonderful human being with an exemplary bedside manner. He genuinely cares about his patients and he truly listens. He performed an 'advanced adult' tonsillectomy on me. Despite all the horror stories I had heard about adult tonsillectomies, I had a really positive experience. My healing process was not even close to being as difficult or as grueling as I thought it was going to be, especially at my age. Literally, within 3 weeks of my surgery, I went on a vacation to the Caribbean and was able to eat everything under the sun, including all the delicious, spicy food that I had been sooo looking forward to having!

Minor surgery
I’ve been seeing Dr MALLON since I moved to Florida a year ago. I find him to be caring, kind and thorough. He recently fixed a hole in my right eardrum, myringoplasty. Had it done today so I’ll find out in a week if it was successful! There is no doubt in my mind it is!I did sneeze sometime after and the patch moved. Went back for a checkup and sadly I have a hole in my eardrum.

Love Dr Mallon
He is compassion and really cares. I went to see him for Labrynthitis and he was collaborative with me in the approach to care. When I had to change my insurance, I made sure I could still see him when before selected my new insurance. That's how much I trust and value his care.

Outstanding patient experience
Dr Andrew Mallon was unique in his ability to assess my situation quickly, understand my concerns, and put a treatment plan into action without delay. He was the THIRD ENT I had seen in less than three years for my problem, but was the FIRST to take expedient and effective action to alleviate my condition. I am now living a normal life again. Thank you Dr Mallon.

Great experience
Great overall experience. I've been going to him for about 2 years. We tried several different non-invasive treatment options. Surgery was suggested and I wish I would have listened to Dr. Mallon sooner. Procedure was a breeze and I have never breathed better in my life, no more sprays! Couldn't be happier, HIGHLY recommend.

He fixed me!
I presented after being sick for 7 weeks, thinking I needed sinuplasty. Dr Mallon’s exam revealed very swollen sinuses which he treated with a steroidal rinse. I’ve never felt better! He was patient with all my questions and answered thoroughly with confidence and kindness! I’d highly recommend him

Amazing Doctor
I have been working with Dr. Mallon for over a year and a half, and I very pleased with him and his staff. From complications with vertigo, assistance with putting tubes in my ears to help with drainage; to sleep apnea and throat issues, he seems to have all the answers and will listen to your concerns. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment with ENT after reading the excellent reviews. After a thorough hearing test by Dr. Hanna and Nicole, who both did a great job, Dr. Mallon then explained the issues I was having with my hearing. I then met with Dr. Christiansen, who is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining how hearing aids work, and went over what options would be best for me. She really made it a great experience. Thank you so much.

After recently waking up with significant hearing loss, I made an appointment with ENT Associates. I am so thankful that Dr. Mallon happened to have availability. He was kind, comforting and listened to my concerns. He ordered appropriate testing and made a quick diagnosis. He gave me multiple treatment options and gave me the ability to make an informed decision. He was spot on and fortunately, due to his excellent treatment, I have regained my hearing. Coincidentally, I have encountered two other people who suffered from the same virus, treated elsewhere, experienced significant delays in diagnosis and are now suffering from permanent hearing loss and permanent nerve damage. I highly recommend this fantastic doctor and will forever be grateful for his care!

Dr Mallon has the personality of a wet dish rag. He was sullen and morose in my visit. I could not ask any questions, and he assumed a diagnosis with two minutes WITHOUT hearing me out. I told him I had an objection to a treatment; he did it anyway. He also ordered medication which I told him I COULD NOT USE, and now I'm out $60 for nothing. This was a huge disappointment considering previous reviews. I will not waste my time and money returning to him. he really needs to develop a likable personality

Re: an ongoing infection in my right sinus cavity. Dr. Mallon recommended surgery. After the surgery, the infection, though low-grade, remained. Dr. Mallon had me see another endodontist. It was discovered that my problems were all related to a "bad" root canal. I am so thankful to Dr. Mallon for not just sending me on my way, but to look deeper (2nd endodontist doctor), making sure I had no further problems in the future. He is a great doctor. Karen
