My 96 year-old dad is visiting from MA and I wanted him to be seen by an ENT. Office was very good about seeing him quickly; there was virtually no wait in the waiting room; and the doctor was exceptionally understanding and kind, explaining what he was doing thoroughly, answering all questions, and essentially diagnosing the problem and offering options. I would return here in a heartbeat. Very highly recommend.

I had a very important appointment before having a serious operation on April 17th. I was scheduled for 4:00. I was contacted at 1:00 pm and asked if I could accommodate the doctor and get there at 3:00p. In spite of bring handicapped and having to spend time getting dressed and reaching out to my driver. I agreed to accommodate them It wasn't easy. The traffic on 301 between Bradenton and Sarasota was horrible. I called their office and told them I would be running about ten minutes late and the obnoxious cold hearted poor excuse for a human informed me she was canceling my appointment. She told me that out of the kindness of her heart she would allow me to be 5 minutes late.. I didn't think I could guarantee that so I returned home. So all of that hassle and expense was wasted..I was an officer for one the most repeated hospitals in America for 20 years. My job was to integrate our pathology services with private practice facilities I never was subjected to such poor treatment..

Dr. Phommachanh and staff where right on and perfect in every way! I felt comfortable with them they answered every question and where accomedating. I had a concern post op and they quickly fit me in for an unscheduled office visit such turned out to be perfectly normal. They relieved my concerns and that's what great health care is all about!

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Phommachanh and we're very fortunate to have him here in Sarasota. His discussions, examinations and treatments are thorough and well-explained. My oncology team at Moffitt also speak very highly of him - another vote of confidence!

In short, I saw the doctor thinking I had a ENT problem. It turns out I didn’t. He prescribed a neck and chest CT scan, it’s discovered that I have a mass near my trachea just above my lung. I’m now seeing a pulmonologist and others to solve the problem. Thank you Dr. Phommachanh for your innate analytical thinking.

Dr. Phommachanh is by far the best doctor I have ever had. He is very concise, professional, thorough, personable and knowledgeable. He listens and addresses all of your concerns. I completely trust Dr. Phommachanh with my health and give him my highest recommendation.

I highly recommend Dr Phommchanhand and his efficient staff. My appointments always ran on time. I had a blocked Eustachian tube. He implanted a tiny tube in my eardrum. The procedure was painless, and I was out of the office within 15 minutes.

I went to Dr. Phommachanh recently for the first time with issues with a perforated eardrum. He was pleasant, thorough and treated me without causing any pain or discomfort when cleaning the ear. I highly recommend him, and will continue to use him in the future.

During a routine visit for my right ear, I mentioned I was having unusual sinus drainage. After examining my sinus and throat, Dr. recommended a C-Scan. Several days later when the results of the scan became available Dr. Phommachanh called me to say I should as soon as possible see a thyroid specialist. I then visited Dr. Mark Lupo who did a biopsy and it was determined I had a growth on my thyroid that was cancerous.. On 3/2/2020 my thyroid and some lymph nodes were removed by surgical group Claymen, Roy, & Walsh at Tampa General Hospital. There were no typical symptoms of a thyroid issue at all, and thanks to Dr. Phommachanh the cancer was found and removed before further damage occurred. Many thanks to Dr. Phommachanh for his excellent call on this issue.
