Fabulous Doctor
He is so caring and explains surgical procedure and what to expect. His office staff and the nurse are the best. I can't say enough about how impressed I am. Top notch Doctor! The Best!

Very Rude
Terrible bedside manner. Kept interrupting me whenever I spoke. Would not listen to any of my concerns and just wanted to push birth controls pill on me. I tried to explain they didn’t help on the past and he refused to listen. It was a waste of my time and I’m sure the bill will won’t warrant what was done- NOTHING! No exam just referral for ultrasound! What kind of women’s clinic doesn’t have an ultrasound machine on site? Again this man was very dismissive and not concerned with my issue!! I left with no answers to pain and swelling I have. No exam nothing!! DO NOT USE this doctor!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
First let me start by saying that the everyone I had the pleasure of meeting and engaging with at this office were beyond kind, professional, and caring. The front desk staff were amazing (I want to send a special shout out to Carmen who is so sweet and helpful) and the nurses were wonderful (special shout out to Jessica who went above and beyond to get me a breast pump when my insurance was causing issues). Both the front desk and nurses did an amazing job of calling back and staying in close touch if I was having a problem or something. Dr. Karen was fantastic! I had to make a 40 minute drive to his office and he offered the option of going to see the nurse practitioner, Theresa, (who by the way is also fantastic) because she was closer to me and I could save gas that way. Closer to my due date, I started to show signs of cholestasis of pregnancy. I called the office with my concerns and Dr. Karen immediatly ordered blood work for me. I felt heard and validated for my concerns. Aft

Dr. Karen's office staff is amazing. Especially Susan. My experience with Dr. Karen as a surgeon was horrifying. I suffered post operative complications which extended my time off from from 6 weeks to 6 months. He disregarded my concerns and questions by being evasive, defensive or condescending. He was brief, not very compassionate and his bedside manner was disappointing. Resilience prevailed..thank God.

I have been seeing Dr Karen for years and he is awesome! He has been there when I had an ovary that was cancerous and when I was scared because I had a huge lump in my breast! Very kind and the staff is so pleasant and helpful! It's so hard to find a doctor who listens to his patients and not just worried about how many patients he can go through!

Dr. Karen and his staff are amazing. I am proud to say even my HUSBAND loves him! Dr. Karen is friendly, energetic and always smiling. With my first pregnancy, he took his time, explained everything and always made me feel confident. I developed pre-eclampsia with my daughter at 36 weeks and ended up having an emergent C-section. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor to take care of my family! His nurse Laura is the SWEETEST and always makes you feel welcome! I would recommend him to anyone

Dr. Karen was a big disappointment. His nurse said that he had a long day with two c-sections and that he did not want to be disturbed. My labor grew complicated and he was at home sleeping. The nurse called him to let him know that I was progressing and he stayed at home. Long story short he asked the nurse to hold the birth for his late arrival. I waited while I was completely dilated at 10 for him to finally show. Dr. Karen arrived in a bad mood and was forceful and caused me even more pain.

I felt rushed and felt like the doctor could care less about my concerns. I will say considering the other good reviews he seems like he can be a good doctor but right now he seems over worked and has to many patients due to the fact the other doctor that was there left the practice. I used to see the other doctor and really liked him but I got the impression that Dr.karen for what ever reason didn't get along with his co worker. They need to hire another doctor to help out.
