Dr Reinoso takes his time, listens to any questions or concerns that you may have without making you feel rushed.

Recommended that I use Summer's Eve vinegar rinse which is absolutely NOT recommended by ACOG or anybody that has a vagina for that matter, genuinely dangerous recommendation. Cut me off more than once as I was trying to ask important questions about medications, he is constantly in a rush to get out of the room. He also vehemently recommended against boric acid suppositories being used in any circumstance when they are actually recommended by ACOG in non-pregnant patients for azole resistant candidiasis.

I was a patient at Dr Reinoso for over two years. I NEVER saw him! Even when I requested multiple times an appointment with him and after waiting months, at the date of my appointments there was always someone’s, either a nurse practitioner or who knows who the one seen me. That’s just part of the problem. Another situation is the lack of experience of the ultrasound technician performing ultrasound at their office. She documented my uterus to be heterogeneous and having a small lesion. I’m an ultrasound technician for over 24 years. I had experienced coworkers checking my Uterus in two different hospitals. My uterus is NOT heterogeneous and do not have any lesion or fibroid. When I requested a CD with the ultrasound pictures they nicely wrote my request but NEVER provided me with the CD with the ultrasound pictures. I requested a second modality to corroborate the lesion or fibroid as per they clarified later on to me. They assure me, it was unnecessary to have a second test (different modality) because it was only a fibroid and assure me (the nurse practitioner, said it) that fibroids can disolved, that sometimes are seen and other times not visualized! Seriously? I have NEVER in my life heard a professional embarrassing her self like the way she did! Fibroids DO NOT disappear in thing aire! Ultrasound is a technician dependable test! If the technician doesn’t find a fibroid is because she is not good enough, the test was done improperly for poor visualization through the bladder or gas in the area, or the tech experience is limited!!! Of course, they tried to accuse me of disrespectful because I placed their abilities to perform and capacity where need it to be placed. I’m paying for a consultation with an experienced Dr and only get and unexpected nurse practitioner and an extremely young technician that needs to get back to school. But that’s our reality with the health system in this country. Drs don’t work anymore they hide low pay professionals out of school because they are not making enough with our insurances!!! They refuse to waste their time with patients under Obama care! Last but not less, there is never parking spaces in the area. You most sacrifice 45 mts of your time to get to their office with minimum of 45 mts to find a parking space and you get in on time and they are running and hour behind!!! But if you make it 15 after your time, even when they are still running late, whoever got there before you (no matter if their appointment is after yours) is seen first! No respect at all. Unfortunately it’s not the only office running the same terrible low and unprofessional business, because it’s just a business.

I've been seeing Dr.Reinoso for years now. In the past I saw many different OBGYN's in search of help for my excruciating pain and symptoms, no one could figure it out or worse, didn't believe me about the severity. When I went to him I felt truly heard as an individual and he managed to get to the bottom of my conditions when others couldn't. He's very knowledgeable, patient, and kind and takes the time to answer all my questions as well as make sure I understand ALL my options, not just what he thinks is best for me. His staff has also always been very kind and helpful. I have had to have more then one surgery with this doctor and I trust him implicitly. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Reinoso is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience in his field. He is a great doctor and is easy to communicate with.

When we had checkups with Juan Reinoso, he always seemed to be in a rush and seemed very eager to leave and not wanting to hear out our questions or what we had to say. On delivery day he happen to unfortunately be working that day. I don’t usually complain or remember the last time I did but this first time experience was absolutely horrible. To begin with there was tension between the room nurse and Reinoso. Delivery seem to be a breeze until the stitching. While he was working on stitching the nurse was telling him what he was doing was unnecessary and they kept going back and fourth.- not at all what anyone wants to hear when they see a lot of blood come out. When he thought he had finished the nurse called him back saying it didn’t look right and there was still a lot of bleeding. So he came back and stitched up more. And again nurse and doctor arguing back and fourth. Ended up passing out and having to go to the OR to get stitched up some more nearly dying cause of blood loss

He is a good Doctor to bad he works with a company that only cares about money and denies the service to a patient for a balance from the insurance , letting the patient go to the office without letting the patient know it was an issue before the appointment and make the person lose the time off from work, whew is the real care for the patients really disappointed of this organization. I work on the medical field and never but never we have denied the service to a patient because of an insurance balance. Never coming back to the practice

Very knowledgeable I would really trust this doctor, yes sometimes the wait is a little long but people really like to complain about everything ??

My visit with Dr. Reinoso and his staff was wonderful from beginning to end. His staff is very friendly and kind. The office is run very efficiently. Dr. Reinoso has a wonderful bedside manner that instantly put me at ease. He was attentive and listened to any issues I was having and gave me all the options for any treatment needed. His bedside manner was wonderful and is very kind and caring.

He is nice but always late, you even have to wait to get checked out, so I will look for another OBGYN that’s is more knowledgeable and have better bedside manners! Maybe he is good with young patients but for 55+ he isn’t as good. I don’t really trust his knowledge after I went through a procedure which I had to wait more than an hr to be in and there wasn’t any personnel by the time I was released and the nurses looked like they wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible!

Dr Reinoso is a kind doctor. Very knowledgeable, articulate and engaging. I met him for the first time in 5/ 2017 after being treated the the GYN associates by another physicIan. He just happened to be available that day & he was very well versed in his craft. His expert opinion was important to me. I had heard great things abt him from other patients and staff at local hospitals. He was very open abt my treatment ?? He engaged with my hubby , very professional and respectful. Superb

Dr. Reinoso is an amazing physician. Whenever I need to be seen, I am able to get in within 48 hours. He has went above and beyond for my family
