I've use Dr. Cowder numerous times. From my vasectomy to Kidney stones. I really do like him as a doctor. Because of my job I have to be checked for Kidney stones twice a year. If I had any complaints or concerns i just won't go back. He doesn't sugarcoat and is very plainspoken.

In the 73 years of my life, I have never encountered a physician more inept than Dr. Andrew Cowder. He is completely unable to explain medical issues with any clarity. Yet he is smug, impatient, and arrogant. When a test he performed on me didn't produce the results he expected, he refused to talk to me, and had a nurse report that he could no longer "be of any more benefit" to me, and that I should see someone else. When I told him that the test he administered had resulted in significantly greater pain that I'd had before, and asked why, his nurse told me he said only, "I don't know." In that regard, I take Dr. Cowder at his word. He doesn't know. Stay away from him.
