Dr. Andrew Berkman, MD

My mother is 92 and has 3 broken vertebrae and getting anyone to do anything for her is like pulling teeth. No one calls back unless you call repeatedly and then the medical assistant will call. Seems to be no communication between staff members or patient. I will say that his MA is very nice but unable to really help except to leave messages for the doctor who never bothers to call back.

Nobody ever calls back if you leave a message. My mother is 92 with lumbar fractures and its like pulling teeth to speak to anyone other than an MA regarding needing meds or anything else for her. I will say that his MA is very nice but unfortunately is unable to help other than send messages which no one responds to.

Dr. Berkman is one in a million! He is knowledgeable, kind, caring, proactive, a good listener, makes recommendations while reviewing medical records, tests, bloodwork, etc. Dr. Berkman leaves no stone unturned while researching issues. I cannot say enough about Dr. Berkman. He has helped so much to improve my quality of life. Extraordinary Staff which is a positive reflection on Dr. Berkman’s “People Skills” as a physician and mentor. Dr. Berkman, Kat (Office Manager), Janice (Nurse) Lettie (phlebotomist), Mike (Front Desk), Kathy (Appointments), Monica (RX), plus the other patient, conscientious employees whom answer the phones. All are truly a part of a seamless & transparent team who place their patients as a number one priority. I highly recommend Dr. Berkman and staff without any reservations.

He takes his time to read all reports & listening to many of my health issues. Never in a rush ! Has. A fabulous staff & a wonderful lab for blood work to make it easier for me .

Relatively short wait, and a thorough examination by the physician's assistant, followed by a thorough examination by the doctor and assistant. Prescriptions were updated and all concerns were addressed by the doctor and his team.
