Dr. Arellano is one of the most thorough, comprehensive and compassionate doctors I've ever spoken to in my life. I say spoken to because due to Covid-19, I have yet to meet the man in person. He spent an abundant amount of time during our tele-appt listening, questioning and most importantly explaining all aspects of my many health issues and medications I take. He personally calls my wife (who is currentlt going through cancer treatment) to follow-up and to see "how she is doing". I am so thankful we found him and his practice accepted my wife and I as new patients!

Doctor Arellane, in Oakdale Is a great all things rapped into one Jolly Man. He's a kind Man with a little funny, a little serious, or "very" in some situations. I can just tell he loves what he does, he's mastered with grace being in tune with his patients. He takes time to talk to you, and listens too, he is very observant of his patients. Example: A patient may not hear real well, and he knows which ear is the better one. I'm proud to say he's my dads doctor. He may not have all the answers, but he'll will find someone that will. I can only imagine what he may go through at times, because often times society thinks of doctors as a type of God that have all the answers that's a lot of pressure. I bet he learns more , and more for us. You won't feel a rush of white coat syndrome with him because he's caring, with bedside manner, and if your lucky a smile, a joke. I think of him as a Happy Man that has a general passion for being what doctors are suppose to be; passionate

Dr Arellano needs to look at his patients as people and not as a inconvenience. He needs to help his patients by making sure he signs the proper paperwork to help those who are housebound or dying. Very uncaring.

I would Never recommend Dr Arrellano to anyone. He was my primary physician for 3 years. He diagnosed me as disabled. While under his care I applied for disability, I was on my 3rd attempt and he Refused to fill out my paperwork for SSI !! He said that he didn't do paperwork, I offered to pay him $50 and he Still said no ! Now when you go to his office, it states on the front counter that if you need certain documents filled out that it costs a certain amount. Unfortunately it's too late for me.
