In 1980, my son, Mike Rucker, was diagnosed with Wilms tumor. Our pediatrician, Dr Crew from Decatur, guided us to St John's hospital and Dr. Lascari. From day one,ime trusted and clicked with Dr. Mike was 5 years old, went through 3 surgeries, 2 rounds of chemo. He is now a father and a grandpa. Dr Lascari was awesome and nicknamed Mike tuffer stuffer Rucker. If Dr Lascari is taking care of you, you're in good hands.

In 1974 we were living in Spfld IL. Our pediatrician Dr Gwendolyn White sent us to Dr Lascari who was practicing in Spfld for a consultation. Dr Lascari diagnosed our 7 month old son Christopher with a neuroblastoma on his left kidney. Dr John Allen removed the tumor & kidney successfully. No chemo or radiation needed. After 10 days we took our son home. February 23rd our son will turn 43 years old. How can you thank a Dr for such a wonderful gift. God Bless Dr Lascari.
