This is the second time that I have had enough issues with my back to consult with Dr. Fortenko. The first time was in 2017. After consulting with Dr. Fortenko that time, he recommended an epidural. That and muscle relaxants had me pain free until this year. I trust that he will help me live pain free for another long time.

The rudest doctor I have ever seen! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! His way of treating my ruptured bulging disc was giving me pills. When I said I refused to take MORE pills and if the disc is bulging and ruptured there is no ways pills would fix it - He commented on my file - Patient refuses treatment! NO PATIENT REFUSES TO BE DRUGGED! No wonder there is such a problem with people addicted to pills!

I've been into Dr. Fortenko 2 times and I will NEVER see him again or recommend him to anyone. He was very rude to me (telling me I looked "slow"), ignorant and contradictory in his statements, and seems unable to deal effectively with his patients. I felt as though he was not listening to me and truly did not care and trying to find contradiction in my statements. I felt extremely unhappy and dissatified both times I left his office.
