Dr. Ana Sandoval Leon, MD

I was a patient of Dr. Sandoval for 3 1/2 years. She is knowledgeable in her field but still has room for growth. I often asked questions and got no response. Other times incorrect information was given. When asking basic question about tumor markers I was given one answer one day and different answer at a later date. Dr. Sandoval and her PA Perla Borelli seem to work very closely but there is a great lack of communication or misunderstanding. Perla has submitted multiple requests for same thing when only one was needed causing me to make unnecessary trips to the hospital. Other times she overlooked certain things and neglected to submit request for routine scans. I have had to sit waiting at infusion over 2 hrs. for medication to be ready because Perla hadn't submitted her notes when done with my appointment. Amount of errors made were unacceptable. Perla accidentally sent me text speaking bad about me thinking she was sending to someone else.

Dra. Ana Sandoval is a great physician. First I want to thank God that he provided a good doctor in my journey.
