Great doctor!
What stood out to me when I took my mother there was to be honest her genuine demeanor like she really does care to help you. I also think she is quite the beautiful woman. Long legs shapely brunette. What's not to like? Lol

If I could give a 0 I would give a 0
Dr. Arroyave is the worst doctor that I have ever scene. That is if she is a doctor, she is very unprofessional in her practice. I have diabetes, and high white blood count instead of figuring out why my high blood count was high she was forcing me to take insulin and other meds . After my kidney doctor and my eye doctor both have sent her the medical records stating that I was not to take any of these medication as I would lose my eye site. She started to referred me to of doctors, one who has not opened his office yet another who was in Las Cruces and another who was not taking new patience. She should be aware of the doctors that she is sending her patience to. I refused to take the medications that would be harmful to my health, she got upset and frustrated with me. She told me to look for another doctor because she refused to see me any longer. I am not the only one she has refused medical attention. I do not recommend this doctor at all.

Not a good Doctor do not go.
Dr. Arroyave is the worst doctor that I have ever seen thst if she is a doctor. She is very unprofessional in her practice. She would refer you to another doctor that do not exust or are located in Las Cruzes NM. She has no idea where the doctors that she refered you to,if they do exist. When you tru to tell her about the doctor's that she referred you to if they exist, she dies not want hear about it. If you have a cold if you have a fever then she will help you for that, other wise she is out of her league. She should be reported to the AMA. If there was a zero, I could give her a zero. She is the worst dictor I have ever seen. Her title 'The Healing Space Family and Integrated Medicine ' is very misleading. From now on I will check the doctor's references and their complaints and their reviews.

First time visit
This was my first time visit the offices of Dr. Arroyave, and everybody were very nice, attentive to my needs and knowledgeable of my situation. Because I was in a hurry to see a doctor and get diagnosed, I was seen by her assistant Lori Berumen. She was very gentle and explain every detail and step throughout the exam. I also made some mistakes with my insurance and paperwork, and the office personnel gladly helped me to fixed it. I definitively will go back to Dr. Arroyave's office and highly recommend Lori Berumen.

She told me to find a new doctor.
When the Emergency Room, rather than her, found my issue, she told me to find a new doctor. While she said many things, she was uninterested is ant I had to say. Rather than keep it between the two of us, she said several times her entire staff was uncomfortable with me. I found that very unprofessional. While she wanted to order a simple X-ray of three ribs, which I declined, my oncologist ordered a full body bone scan. That is when I realized I did, indeed, need to find a new doctor. She should know when she is out if her league. She also wanted to refer me to a pain management specialist AFTER my pain was gone. I declined that too. If you go, you should make sure she is qualified to deal with your issue. She won’t tell you she is not.

Office staff does not return calls, repeatedly
While Dr. Arroyave is wonderful, the office staff either does not return calls or takes a week or two to respond. Some people don't have time (they are old or ill) to wait for office personnel to get the information that they need. The automated system sounds great, but if no human calls back, what good is that?

Sent me to an ER with a faulty EKG read. An expensive visit. Not a well run office. The only thing scary is the offices inability to manage EKGs. The only anxiety I experienced was inflicted by this office and their inability to own up to it.

Had continuous issues getting my paperwork faxed to and from the office, the receptionist were rude and unhelpful and always transferred me to a voicemail. The physician rushed my visit and did no follow ups for my lab results which i had to call multiple times to receive, in the end my mom read them and gave me results. Tried to schedule a consultation and had more issues getting my copay. On a journey to find a great physician, my first experience visiting a doctor outside my pediatricians did not go well.

I have only had my initial visit with Dr. Arroyave, but WOW! Hands down, the most attentive, sincere and caring doctor I have had in years. Her staff was very friendly and diligent in collecting information. Dr. Arroyave asked questions and made recommendations for treatments and treated me like I was more than just a patient, a rarity now days it seems.

I trust Dr Arroyave. She was key to finding serious illnesses with both my wife and myself. She is thorough and asks great questions trying to get to the root cause instead of just medicating symptoms. Always spends plenty of time so I never feel rushed. Her staff is friendly and helpful. Long wait times are unusual. If you are looking for a great doctor with a holistic approach then look no further. I feel lucky to call her my doctor and I hope she spends many more years in EP
