Dr. An Pang Chieng, MD

I have only seen him for a few visits. His clinic staff is very unprofessional. One staff member accepted gifts from patients and spent time chit-chatting instead of following up on prescriptions. He frequently overbooks his schedule. My appointment was set for 3:30 p.m., but I had to wait more than 1.5 hours to be seen. They are extremely disrespectful of your time.

I must say, Dr. Chieng is very dedicated and patient, providing me with a lot of help. However, a front desk staff named Michelle seemed to turn a deaf ear to my reasonable requests, repeatedly delaying for up to 2 weeks. When my issue needed to be resolved urgently, she still acted indifferently, deliberately making me wait indefinitely every time I called. This is not just a lack of empathy; it's a serious lack of professional ethics. I can't trust a clinic that employs such incompetent staff. Instead of offering assistance when problems arise, they just stand by. It's very unfortunate, but I have to leave this clinic and I don't recommend anyone to use it.
