Don’t Bother
The practice is run like a franchise, not a health care service. I was completely dissatisfied and I tried my best to work with her. I agree with other reviewers, she’s easy to talk to but doesn’t go out of her way to provide any serious care beyond the basics and sometimes not even that. Very curious.

Current patient soon to be exiled
Dr. Reed started out nice the first few visits but then she decided I was being non-compliant. I am an adult who likes to be presented with options but ultimately wants to make the final decisions about my healthcere. This Dr. Treats you as if you are a naughty child when you decline her referrals or her prescriptions and scolds you and tries to intimidate you for having independent thoughts.

Forget getting your RX refills with out issues.
Bad- 2 very rude, down right hateful front desk. I listened to them practically yelling at a patient who was in pain making excuses why he couldn't be seen even though he called first. No compassion at all. The poor guy limped out of there. I was there because the Rx that I needed had been called in wrong then one of them was taken out of the que. 4 times a charm.I still don't have it and it's been 6 days. She pushes the typical things lots of expensive tests and vax. But neglects the actual health issue. This place is just plain weird.

Run Around
You can't see the Dr. until you get bloodwork and EKG. What bloodwork? I needed med levels drawn but because Dr. hadn't seen me yet they didn't test for that.Just try to call the office good luck. you get answer service, hold, and maybe get through after long hold. Finally saw Dr. she was very nice until I didn't want vax. She pushed many tests.I needed refill on a med. which is my main concern. I brought my bottle and we talked extensively about it. The Rx was not filled the next day yet. I found that she did not write the dosage correctly and so I called and had to go through the system twice, holding for 25 minutes. Finally got someone and told them of the error, they said they would let her know so she could fix it and order. I asked how long to get my Rx. she said 48-72 hours. I had similar experience with another Dr. in Sept. I had to call 5 times to get the Rx straight. it took over 5 days and much holding. What is going on with the Drs. and office's.?

You can’t get past the reception desk with tons of questions and then get a call back with other options and no appt. I feel like the Dr is never there. I changed Dr’s after this has happened twice.

The Most Incompetent Medical Office In My Lifetime
I've been seeing Dr Amy Reed for over a year. I have had significant shoulder pain that still has not been resolved & is only getting increasingly worse. I have seen everyone short of God for this pain BUT a specialist who deals with shoulder/upper arm injuries. Before I left NJ, I was seeing a podiatrist for a wayward toe & other significant problems with my feet. After breaking said wayward toe yet again, I asked Dr Reed to refer me to a podiatrist; she refused (without EVER seeing my feet). I always have to call several times to remind this office to call in refills of my meds. I was charged $405 in two separate bills for a routine mammogram & had given the bills THREE times to the office manager to get corrected. I swear she copied them & then just shoved them in the trash, because in the end I ended up paying the bills for $405. I don't know who's more incompetent, the doctor or her staff, but I cannot tolerate this lack of care and concern. More complaints, limited characters.
