She Doesn't Care
I'm horrified by my Aunt's visit when she needed help from Dr Garcia. First, the staff was horribly rude on the phone. It was clear they think patients are a nuisance and didn't want to be bothered. Then 2 male students who barely spoke English entered the room to interview her instead of Dr Garcia. She was so uncomfortable and wanted to leave. If she knew she would be dealing with foreign students instead of a real doctor, she would have chosen another doctor. She wanted a real doctor who cares about patient enough to ask them questions instead of sending unqualified students to do her job. When Dr Garcia finally arrived, she just prescribed drugs then walked away without any other advice or education or assurance. The actual doctor spent less than 5 minutes in the room... Get a better doctor who will treat you with respect. Dr Garcia doesn't care.
