New Patient Review
I am a new Patient and I felt the receptionist was too impatient while I took probably a mins to pull my insurance details.Just didn't feel right to book an appointment with that sort of experience. I wish they have better folks to who are more welcoming in first place.

Wonderul!
Dr. Shah came highly recommended to me by a doctor I have trusted for fifteen years. Dr. Shah has a wonderful bedside manner, she is highly thorough and she is one of the most *responsive* doctors I have ever had. She always responds to me in the portal VERY quickly - I have never had to spend time worrying about test results, or wait for prescriptions to be sent. Highly recommended.

Ridiculous!
My husband and I had both made appointments with Dr Shah, but the morning of the appointments, I woke up sick, so we rescheduled. Today, they called to confirm the appointments, and informed me there would be a $50 fee for cancelling the previous appointment without 24 hour notice. I tried explaining that I had woke up sick and it couldn't be helped, but they would not waive the fee. I finally cancelled both our appointments based on that, and was told there would be another $50 fee assesed. I told them we would never be there, so good luck collecting that, and hung up. That was completely infuriating! I guess they would prefer you show up sick!

Dr. Shah is so nice and personable. she made me feel at ease for a first time visit with her. I am so happy I switched to her. She listens to you and asks questions and takes her time with you. The staff at this office is so nice and I love that. I find it very important for staff and doctor to make you feel like you are welcome in their office and that is exactly what I found with this office.

I would not recommend Dr. Shah. No bedside manner, didn't provide any other alternative potential diagnoses other than "cracked rib", prescribed a different pain medication than what was successful for me in the past which caused me to throw up and have abdominal cramping, and wouldn't prescribe another pain medication in its place. A terrible experience.
