Dr. Amanda Dilger, MD

I had a great experience with this communicative, interested and patient physician. She heard me out, explained her exam as it proceeded, mentioned her findings as discussed possible plans of care. This doc and office are totally patient centered.

Office was very clean and pleasing to come to. Very professional office and Dr Dilger was great and full of knowledge. Took her time with me. her staff was great as well as very friendly.

Appointment was scheduled 4 months out. After a brief examination the Dr suggested an MRI, swallow study and speech therapist. She said I would be contacted for scheduling. After 2 weeks with no word I emailed her asking if perhaps I misunderstood and I needed to make the appointments myself. She responded that it typically took 2-3 weeks for them to call and that I should wait. 3 weeks later I emailed that I still had not heard anything, and the next day I received an electronic letter from the Dr stating that I had failed to make the suggested appointments and asking if I intended to. I emailed back and asked that I be contacted for scheduling as I had been told twice by her. A clerk emailed back and said that I needed to make the appointments myself.

My son Cole has autism and let’s just say doctor’s offices are not his favorite places to be!Dr Dilger is the exception! She is kind ,funny, sympathetic , and knowledgeable . She really is special!

Dr. Dilger is truly the best doctor I've ever been to see. She was kind, thorough, attentive, diligent, professional and knowledgeable - what more can one say? She understood and acknowledged all the issues presented to her and covered all the options and scenarios completely. I felt comfortable, non-judged and completely in awe of her as she made suggestions that made sense and worked with me on alternatives as well. I look forward to seeing her again!
