I am a patient of Dr. Rios in Graham Texas clinic, and I found him to be very friendly and informative of my condition. The staff at all the clinics at Graham Medical are all very nice and professional not to mention helpful.

Dr. Rios was great and the tests that followed. HOWEVER! I have now waited 3 weeks for one of his nurses to contact my insurance provider so I can receive much-needed medicine. I'm at the point of transferring to another doctor because my life is worth more than trying to get them to comply.

I was in hospital with a mild heart attack. He was genuinely concerned about me. Answered all of my questions some before I even asked them. My family really liked him and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Rios has got to do something about his front staff. Does he not realize that his staff is a reflection of him. You deal with an older generation of patients and the treatment from staff is horrible.

Found him to be rude and very judgmental. My first appointment he walks in the room and assumes that because I'm overweight and a smoker that I must have diabetes, and hypertension, which I do not have either. Went through with the tests he ordered and hoped that the second visit would be much better, however it was not and this time told me I have early onset COPD and that he would get me in with a pulmonologist ASAP that was 4 weeks ago and I have not heard from his staff.

Dr Rios Himself a Good Dr. But his staff is the most unprofessional uneducated people I have ever seen. His Coumidin Nurse Took my husband off his warfarin on Friday and he was to have Injections for Today at 2:00 pm as he has an artificial valve and is having surgery on Thursday. He goes to his appt. no warfarin nurse and this is the 2nd time and we are told no one available to help, no one bothered to call and tell him to cancel his surgery or start back his meds putting his life in danger
