The office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Alford and his PAs listen, present information and options with the minimum of jargon (except as appropriate to explain conditions and treatment) and work with me as a patient to get the best outcome.

Lab request sent to wrong lab, lab request not sent, lab request had wrong address, lab request had wrong insurer, lab request had incorrect diagnosis code These errors with lab requests have occurred multiple times. Scripts and refills were not called in multiple times. Lab results have been lost....
