Dr. Win was able to schedule me for a visit right away. Her office staff was also quite knowledgeable and helpful

Horrible experience at this office. Dr. Win didn't spend any time listening to my concerns but was rushing me out of my consultation as fast as she could, then made me come back into the office for a 5 minute consultation where she did told me nothing of importance, then charged that visit as a separate consultation. Then when I called to ask about the bill, the customer service was so rude and unprofessional. They had no idea what they were talking about and made up lies. This doctor's office is only trying to rip off patients, and take their money for unnecessary visits.

Dr Win is clear, concise and very knowledgeable. She listens well and offers solutions that are well thought out and devised to work within your lifestyle. Her staff are also great and it's easy to get an appointment quickly. Dr Win isn't overly test or prescription minded which I greatly appreciate.

She was extremely judgmental about one longstanding psychiatric diagnosis I have. She undermined me and the many other doctors I've seen over the years when she commented negatively about my longstanding and effective treatment plan - without even having asked about my symptoms or having reviewed a single page of my medical records. The appointment felt rushed, but it was a waste of time anyway. It seemed like she cared more heavily billing the insurance company than about me as a patient.

Horrible experience. Unnecessary follow-up visit. When we got there, she didn’t even know why I was there for. I asked her back why you make me come back, then she checked the history and started to go over the test result. Poor explanation and communication. not listen to question/concern. She even asked me if I have anxiety when I voiced my concern. She just wants to make a profit, definitely one of the must stay away, uncaring, unprofessional in the field. Many more to say, not enough space!

If a patient expects professionalism, this is one of the very few medical offices that will not disappoint you. The place is very clean, the receptionists are efficient and their attention is focused on the patient from the time you walk in. Dr. Win is exceptional. She listens to her patients and is very thorough in her examination and diagnosis. She is very honest. She'll refer you to a specialist if she feels it is necessary.

Dr. Win on my first visit felt like every other doctor who doesn’t really listen but now I admit I was wrong. She’s extremely professional yes, but she is kind and she cares. In my case, she didn’t brush off any symptoms I mentioned. It’s a small office and sometimes there is a wait but usually they are moving well through patients without double booking which is also important to me. The staff is sort of the same as her, very quiet which appears standoffish but reliable and caring.

I had a horrible experience at Dr. Win’s office. I visited her office as a new patient for my annual physical. The physical lasted just 13 minutes and throughout the whole thing, the doctor rushed through and did not listen to any of my concerns/questions. She was basically trying to get me out as fast as possible to bill me and being in the next patient. I would very strongly recommend staying away from here and finding someone else.

I'm not one to leave reviews but my experience with Dr Win left me angry enough to speak up. Dr Win communicated very poorly with me. Her office did not call me with test results which I was only made aware of 2 months after the test was performed when I happened to come back due to an unrelated issue. Dr Win also interrupted and spoke over me as I tried to discuss the reason for my visit and had an arrogant bedside manner when I voiced my complaint.

I love going to see Dr. Win because she cares about her patients and takes her time when meeting with them. She makes me personally feel like I can trust her and she's so kind. I would recommended anyone in the rockville area to go see her if you want a doctor that actually cared about your health.

Dr. Win is wonderful. She is very friendly and professional with her patients and is very keen on keeping them healthy. Dr. Win clearly explains medical information from test results and addresses any questions or concerns about health. The receptionist and other staff members are also just as friendly and helpful. I'm really happy and lucky to be one of Dr. Win's patients.
