She doesn’t care about the well-being of her patients. When trying to address my concerns to the doctor, I reached out multiple times to talk with her. Instead of her returning my call after pleading to talk to her, she had her office manager contact me, regarding my medical issue.

Dr Lipsey is a wonderful doctor. I went to several rheumatologist who could not find my problem. Dr Lipsey found I had RA and gave me the correct medication. I trust her completely. I have never waited very long to get in to see her and she has lots of patients. She is very caring and has great bedside manners!

I have been a patient of Dr Lipsey for many years. I am 56 years old, I have worked in the health field for 36 years. Therefore, I am aware of the typical wait time patients are required to wait. I have never waited over 10 minutes to be seen. Even though Dr Lipsey has a very busy schedule, I have never felt rushed, she always listens and does her best to help you. I am very thankful to have her as my physician.

Very disappointed in this doctor She run tests and scheduled a follow up visit. After tests a nurse called canceled follow up and said I could get results from family doctor. Family doctor never got results of tests. I ended up having to go to another doctor and having ALL the tests redone and they found RA. Would not recomend this doctor to anyone
