Stay away
At first it seemed like there was care and compassion, with a genuine belief he wanted to help. After 2 years of coming to the practice and after several trials of treatments with no improvement, they have given up. Haven't even seen the doctor in over a year, only the PA. The time we saw the doctor, all he did was talk around the questions and about how great he was. The PA seemed to genuinely care during the appointments but after reviewing the notes after each appointment, it's like they weren't even listening. The notes read the opposite in fact, and that everything was good. Not sure if they don't want to look bad or if they just don't care anymore. Is the doctor changing the notes or forcing the PA to do so to not look bad? Also, ever since they opened up a weight loss clinic, that's where the attention is. Now begins the difficult search to find a new doctor and start all over again.

I have been seeing Dr. Withers for a year and a half now. He is always late and if you're lucky you'll get about 5-10 minutes of his time. He doesn't actively listen when you list your history and symptoms which he will consistently forget and not take notes which has caused him to order tests wrong and I have had to have him correct them. I've also had to correct my records with them 5 times for inaccurate notes. He'll only prescribe the big pharma popular drugs and if those don't work he'll just give up and not try to research anything else. There is not clear communication on whether an appointment is in house or virtual. I have been discussing possibly needing to file a FMLA since I met Dr. Withers. I have consistently told him of my abilities and of my set backs since I have met him. He has been aware of how often I miss work since I have met him. It is not my fault if he does not listen and can not keep his patients straight and does not take good enough notes to help himself wit

My husband was a patient here. He would drive over an hour for his appointments and take half a day off each time. We found Dr. Withers nice enough but would often have to repeatedly call to get lab results, have questions answered or for refills. The staff was unprofessional in a few instances. We often waited for a long time after our appointment time. The last straw was when there were some traffic problems around the office, my husband was 12 minutes late, other patients came in behind him late also, they refused to see him. A true lack of compassion.

The staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like a guest rather than a new patient. Then I met Dr. Withers. He is a caring kind man with a great manner. I feel so happy to be his patient. I just know that he's going to take good care of me.

Dr. Withers is an excellent communicator. On my first visit he listened to my health concerns; he took handwritten notes and answered my questions. He is congenial and professional. Unfortunately, his office does not yet take my insurance. Our 2nd appointment will be via telehealth, following a battery of tests. He is a competent physician with an excellent, efficient, friendly staff.

Had my first visit at Integrative Rheumatology today and Dr. Withers and his staff were really wonderful! Check in was handled thoroughly with patients waiting in their car before going up to the office and having your temperature checked. I was welcomed and greeted by Antoine who, in my opinion, should be Director of First Impressions due to his friendliness and caring personality. Dr. Withers asked me plenty of questions and did some bloodwork (lab is conveniently in the office). Since it was my first appointment, I can only say that I felt welcomed, comfortable and at ease at this practice and I believe Dr. Withers will do everything in his power to help me as best as he can. I would absolutely recommend this practice! Thank You!!
