Rude and unprofessional
The front staff was rude the staff behind the front staff is rude and they aren't good people. They wasted my time on too many times and acted like I was a diseased peasant about my skin condition. They are racists and I didn't care for them at all. Everytime I called they had an attitude and blowing their breath and all. Even while face to face with them. They don't need to deal with nobody if that's the case. It took me a while to get to see another dermatologist after this experience.

Not Professional
I have been a patient of Dr Holmes for over 20 years. She use to be sensitive and took her time explaining what she was doing and why. Over past few years she has blatantly not answered concerning questions, noted she has no time for answering. I made the mistake of sending a family member to her most recently. Poor care and dismissal again on her part to answer questions, which she is there to do. Sadly she has shown she is too busy to keep what was a good bed side manner and professional attitude The upfront staff are miserable acting and getting someone to answer the phone is less than ideal. What was once a great practice has declined greatly. Going elsewhere.

This practice is awful. I made an appointment to see Dr. Holm when I moved up from Florida, but when I checked in I was told I was seeing Dr. Psailas. What a mistake! She has no bedside manner. She doesn’t listen to patients. I have a long history of skin cancer, so I brought voluminous records from my Florida dermatologist. She never even looked at them! I let her biopsy a spot and made an app to see her again. When I found a different provider 4 months later (because I’m not going back to that practice) the new doctor was told Psailas’ staff had already destroyed my Florida records!! This practice is unprofessional and unfriendly. Even the front desk staff is included in this assessment. DO NOT GO THERE!

This is a review of the way the practice is run. To say the exam is not thorough is a gross understatement. I had an open wound on my nose which I, admttedly, ignored( denied that it could be malignant), but the nurse practioner NEVER EVEN MENTIONED IT!! I figured since she didn't say anything that everything was fine. A few months later, at my husband's insistence, I went back; the lesion was biopsied and was basal cell carcinoma. I needed to have MOHS surgery which lead to plastic surgery on my nose to cover the gaping wound left after the MOHS. I have since changed to another practice and asked that my records from Dermatology Partners be forwarded, they were not. I have just been seen for the first time and have a small, early stage squamous cell lesion. I can only wonder how long that has been there and if it would have been caught if I had stayed with Dermatology Partners. The provider I saw is no longer with the practice.

Dr. Holm: Just had to let you know I love the Juvederm! No bruising. I had bruising for at least 5 days with the other. It was a pleasant surprise. Can't wait for my next appointment. Thank you so much! Yvonne O'Donnell

I scheduled a new patient appointment. They never called to remind me of the appointment which is one thing - but then when I forgot, they did remember to bill me a no show fee of $25. I try reaching their office but their billing extension is broken. I try other extensions and am brusquely told "can you please hold" (not a question), and am put on hold in under 2 seconds. I can't get a word in and I'm sitting here at work with limited time. Was going to reschedule but nvm.
