I went to see Dr. Epstein because my Optometrist suggested I see her. I had an eyelash growing into my eye lid. She corrected it in a few seconds. She asked me if I had any other concerns.I told her my upper eyelids were so droopy that it was hard to see cars coming from my left side. I had to take more eye test to see if Medicare would approve. Yes they did so I asked about my lower lids. Insurance doesn’t cover your bottom lids. She did my lower lids and everything came out beautifully. The Staff, Clinicians and surgery staff were all very helpful and supportive.I would recommend Dr. Eliza Epstein for any eye surgery for upper and lower lids.

From the moment I walked into Dr. Epstein's office, I was greeted by her staff with a smile and appreciation for being a patient. I am 75 years old and can truthfully say Dr. Epstein is the epitome of how a Physician should treat and interact with their patient. I had lower eyelid surgery to correct the eyelashes from turning inward. Dr. Epstein explained the procedure in detail even showing a diagram explaining where the incisions would be. She was not hurried and took her time to make me comfortable answering my questions. There are not enough words to express my thanks for finding Dr. Epstein. She is truly an EXCELLENT SURGEON. Her staff is to be commended also for their courteous approach when you enter the office.

Wait times in office can vary but worth it. She is very thorough, took time to understand any of my concerns, nice bedside manner. Made me feel like more than a patient, followed up etc. . And - most important considering sensitivity of location I was having corrected- great, just an amazing result with the eye surgery post op now a couple months.

Her explanation of the procedure along with her confidence and expertise of the eye surgery. She was very kind and I didn’t feel rushed.

I am so glad I chose Dr. Eliza Epstein as the doctor for my recent eye surgery. Not only are the results amazing but the process was explained in detail, totally professional, and executed with ease and finesse! Everything about the procedure was well planned. Her assistant, Melodie always answered emails containing my questions. Financial arrangements were facilitated through CareCredit. There is always some trepidation regarding surgery especially on your eyes but Dr. Eliza and her team made everything flow easily and with no unneeded worry.

Dr. Aliza Epstein was highly recommended to me by my dermatologist. She is very professional and kind. She explains everything and takes time to answer all your questions. I had upper and lower eye lid surgery, co2 laser of the face and she also removed some small cysts around the eye area. After my surgery she took time that evening to call and make sure I was okay. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

I recently visited Dr. Aliza Epstein for the removal of a small growth from my lower eyelid. I can’t speak more highly of an experience I have had with a doctor. I am generally very apprehensive about most procedures, but Dr. Epstein took the time to alleviate all of my concerns and put me at complete ease. She was very thorough in her explanation of her process and the procedure. The procedure was so quick and painless. After the procedure, there was no swelling, no soreness, and not even enough bleeding for a band-aid! I am extremely pleased with Dr. Epstein, she exceeded all my expectations and made it an excellent experience.
