Dr. Ehrlich and her team made my first visit to her office a real pleasure. There was no wait, she had carefully reviewed my medical history before seeing me, and she was thoroughly knowledgeable about everything she saw. I will look forward to seeing her again.

Called three times, several transfers and a very long wait for human interaction; first call did go through but sat waiting for 30 minutes and nothing; next call was transferred but left voice-mail for return call to make appointment and never heard back; last call with same results as second call. Went on line to make appointment, set date, but did not hear back from office. All this in a two period. Very disappointed with scheduling staff support. Good Luck!!

First, when I was trying to schedule a consultation appointment the receptionist had me waiting for 10mins while she was on the phone. I made my $75 payment for my appt. The day of my appt the chart that she gave the doctor was for the wrong patient. When I went in to see the Doctor, she was worst. She looked at my tattoos and said I couldn't get cool-sculpting. I asked her why wasn't this stated anywhere in the reception area or told to all patients before scheduling a $75 appt.

Dr. Ehrlich knows what she is doing, but having told me a couple of years ago that she could remove all my skin tags for about $200 I was shocked by the specific cost estimate. At a recent appointment for a biopsy when I asked about removing my skin tags (she had done a mole checkup where I was naked and all skin tags exposed) she said between $200 to $300. On my second appointment, she got specific -- $200 for only the first two remov
