Most Unhelpful Doctor
She is extremely unhelpful and negligent. She replied to one of my emails with information that was completely irrelevant, because it was for a different condition entirely! On another occasion she made a reply that made it clear she hadn't reviewed my test results and was completely ignorant as to any of the circumstances I was approaching with. I have had not one single positive, or even functional interaction with her. She does nothing but waste my time.

So far, so good. No complaints. She spent a lot of time with me and listened to all my concerns. She had some good ideas of things I should try and was receptive to getting further testing performed.

Terrible bedside manner. This doctor was terribly rude and insensitive. There for an Obgyn visit and she attempted to diagnose an ongoing health condition for which I’m under the care of a specialist and arguing with me about symptoms and doctors orders. She was argumentative and careless in her interaction with me. I have had extreme hypertension for more than 10 years and have been on every combination of medication to treat it and she scolded me for having high blood pressure as if I’m doing something wrong, yet offered no real solution. Extremely disappointed.

All in all, a terrible experience. She was cold and condescending and didn't even bother to get to know me before she was already diagnosing my situation. Furthermore, she only ordered a fraction of tests to attempt to prove her knee jerk diagnosis, and when those all came back normal, she didn't bother to look further. I'm incredibly disappointed and as a new Kaiser patient, this only serves to reinforce all of the negative feedback I've already heard about their lack of patient care.

Excellent experience. Dr. Hideg is very thorough, pays attention to details, proactive and a good listener while very efficient with addressing any issues. A trustworthy doctor genuinely interested in patient care.
