Good Dr
Good Dr., horrible staff they refused to give me my test results and delayed my refills for weeks. My experience with Graybill was not good with more than one Dr.

Dr. Hirniak did not seem to care about my health when I visited for my annual. She asked me if I had done a PAP smear in the last 2 years and I said I thought I had, but wasn't sure. She said she'd take my word for it and just decided not to do it. I'm confused, isn't that required by law if I don't have one on record? Also, I was asked to fill out a form about my general health before seeing the Dr. But, during my visit, she didn't even LOOK at the form. Pointless. Avoid!

Dr. Hirniak and her staff are amazing. She has been a rock for me and my family in helping me navigate through breast cancer, diverticulitis and a gynecological issue and I have appreciated the personal phone calls she has made to explain test results, or to see how I am doing and the time she and her staff spend on my care. I have my husband, son and daughter seeing her now and I also referred a friend who is happy also.

This woman is highly incompetent. In addition to getting no answers out of her, she also decides what's best for you without actually consulting you. If I could give her ZERO STARS, I would.

The front staff and nurse were very courteous and professional. I was able to get in to see Dr. Hirniak with only 1 day notice. She was very pleasant and concerned about my issue. She asked several questions to be thorough in her treatment. I was very pleased with the visit.

My Dr left the practice so I was scheduled with Dr Hirniak. I was not impressed right off. She has no facial expression or personality. Did not try to get to know me as a new patient and seemed my condition was all my fault. She did not include me in decisions of treatment or medications, in fact spoke to me very little. I would not go back to her or recommend her in any way.
