TERRIBLE STAFF - 2 CALLS AND NO ONE EVER CALLED
Way too busy when you call twice and they keep promising. to have someone call you back and then the office closes and no one has ever called you back. Might be time to find a new practice - way too BUSY!!!!

POOR STAFF ADMINISTRATION
Poor Communication on appointment booking. New Patient and issues with scheduling and follow up. This office booked me for a new patient booking. I was late but within the late period and they wouldn't see me. Sad the next appointment wasn't until 3 months later. I advised that I had some major health concerns, so they booked me the following day with the NP on site. I received a call the morning of my appointment and said they couldn't see me because they do not accept new patient sick appointments. What does it take to get to see a doctor? Same office did the same thing for OB GYN appointment too.
