I have an appointment today and when I arrived they have a paper on the door that they move to the Southside and I live at the Northside of town. I just couldn’t believe nobody notify me at my last appointment on December that they were going to move , that alone tell you the type of professionals they are I have to look for another Doctor I’m not going back there and jeopardize my health

Very easy to talk to. Makes you feel relaxed.Seems knowledgeable regarding my health. I am a retired RN of 30 yrs so I know a good and caring MD when I encounter one!!!

My sister who has Cerebral Palsy was prescribed a brace for her right leg which is paralyzed by a specialist, Dr Jeffrey Dean. Dr Valdez was faxed a waiver form which Superior Health needed in order to approver Hanger Clinic to make the brace. Dr Valdez office was faxed the form 11-12 times but every time we called to ask they said they did not have the form. I took my sister in person and spoke to PA Jimenez who refused to help saying”I don’t handle that”. I asked for Office Manager Jeanine/Janet but she is never in. I left Office Manger many voicemails which she never answered. I finally went in person and spoke to Chuck who had verified with Superior that they received the form. Chuck stated he had no record. I got superior on the phone and asked to send form again which Chuck apparently finally received because a week later the waiver was denied. The waiver is for my sister who has cerebral palsy and is requesting a brace for her paralyzed leg in order to prevent her from breaking leg/ankle again.

I had the worst experience in my life with the PA Shirley Koehler. I was treated horrible and talked down to. Disrepected me, hurt me after told her i was pain. Refused to let me out the door after i asked her to stop raising her voice and talk down to me ,or else i was gonna answer her right back with that tone of voice.then purposely hurt my leg which i asked her to plz stop which she continued and I literally had to remove her hand from my leg.WILL HV TO CHANGE DRS BEC OF WAY D PA..

Worst customer service, EVER!! You're gonna spend, at least 1-2hrs, just on the phone trying to make an appointment. You will have to call back, at least 4-5 times, cause someone or something glitch hangs up on you 20-25mins on hold. If you are looking to get seen in a hurry, cause you want you're loved one to feel better, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.. I will be looking for another family practice.

This doctor quite frankly is incompetent. I was given the wrong diagnosis with the wrong medication that actually gave me a life threatening skin rash. When I called the office to report this, I was directed to the office manager who was as far from professional as could possibly be. This person managed to found a way to discuss my outstanding balance during this phone call and I have never felt more like a number in my life! Save yourself! Go to a different clinic!
