Staff has been so bad the past five years. I thought it would get better with Gloria there, but it isn’t. She promises to call back never does. It’s the same excuse excuses every time. I didn’t have time, but I’ll do it now….. Still doesn’t do it now!

Used to be the best Dr and staff...time to move on. Dr Tajek is still a great Doctor but to get to him is impossible! The front desk staff NEVER answers the phones anymore, it goes to a voice mail which states they will get back to you....BUT THEY NEVER DO! Again, staff doesnt return calls, even though they tell you they will. They don't answer emails either. It's sad that Dr. Tajek has to get a bad review because his staff is worthless but until he gets a staff that actually works and does their jobs and supports him..... it looks bad on him.

While my primary care physician has proven to be a good doctor, I cannot overlook the significant shortcomings of their staff and front desk. On the positive side, it’s convenient that the doctor offers zoom appointments, which can save time and effort for patients. However, there are several areas where improvements are necessary. One of the major concerns is the doctor consistently running behind schedule. Waiting for half an hour or more after the scheduled appointment time can be frustrating and inconvenient, particularly for patients with busy schedules. Punctuality is an important aspect of professionalism, and the repeated delays detract from the overall patient experience. Furthermore, it is disheartening to note that getting through to anyone at the office requires multiple attempts. Patients often have to call several times to finally reach someone who can assist with their needs. This lack of responsiveness adds to the frustration and creates a sense of inefficiency within

Dr. Tajik is one of the best drs i have ever had. He's really patient and caring.

Few months ago I did a review for Dr. Tajik that was out of frustration! I did not do my research and didn't checked the facts regarding the situation! He is a wonderful doctor and he listens to his patients!! I take my mom and my aunt to him and they love him! I have referred him a patient and I even took her myself for the first time! I just want to apologize to Dr Tajik! Thank you

Dr Tajik is completely rude, he doesn't care about my questions and respond them impolitely, he is thoroughly uneducated, he ignored all my questions and stared at his tablet through talking, I was sick but he just read my test and said my problems, he didn't give me any medicine and didn't introduce me to any doctor, I have blood problem but he said he cannot do anything and It's with me for whole my life!! I waited there for 2 hours just reading my test result!!!!! Omg! And then nothing!

Highly recommended. We researched the internet for a good primary care physician and finally decided to go to Dr. Ali Tajik. After few visits, we found him to be knowledgeable, and professional.
