Hypermobility Ehlers Danlos Syndrome patient
We came to Dr Mansour at the referralfrom our orthopedic in Beaumont. Our daughter has a rare disease called Hypermobility Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and he couldn’t have been more perfect for her. Dr Mansour is extremely educated, a great listener, super responsive, explains where your child can understand, thorough and an EXCELLENT surgeon! He has performed 2 hip surgeries (1/21 & 8/23) on our daughter who struggles with hip impingement, torn labrum and capsular…these stem from damaged connected tissue throughout her body caused by the rare disease. He is very informed about her disease and this is a rarity in our area. Bonus: He has a phenomenal staff who are ready to help with every phone call or email. Vanessa Rocks!

Treats my kids like they were his own
I had a child with an uncommon and serious orthopedic injury several years ago. I talked to every pediatric ortho in the city. Dr. Mansour is the best of the best we have in Houston. He has gone the extra mile to help care for my kid and ensure an excellent out come. Almost a decade later my son is running around healthy and living a full life. Since then, I have taken each of my kids to him for advise and treatment on sports related injuries. He has consistently been wise, right, cautious, thorough, and caring. You'll notice the difference when he walks in the room and says, "Hi, I am Alfred." If you have an injured child, this is the guy you want to see.

Dr.Mansour is the kindest, sweetest, amazing , most caring doctor I have ever met. He had so much patience with me. His skills are top notch ! I had one of the most complex hip surgeries with him. He has been amazing throughout the whole procedure.He is the top hip prevention surgeon in all of Texas hands down ! His PA Stefanie is a sweetheart. Vanessa his scheduler is a doll ! The whole staff has been nothing but kind. Thank you Dr.Mansour for everything! You are truly an amazing loving doctor!

Dr. Mansour and his staff are amazing. Dr. Mansour did my daughter’s PAO surgery in July 2020. She had a great deal of hip pain following a gymnastics injury, but I believe she is on the road to recovery. Dr. Mansour is extremely patient and caring, and did a wonderful job explaining the procedure to us and answering all our questions. One of my daughter’s biggest concerns was the hideous scar, but it is not nearly as bad as she thought it would be. Dr. Mansour is extremely skilled and the incision is neat and healing nicely. I am very happy that we found Dr. Mansour – I trusted him completely, and I am especially grateful for him working the surgery in quickly before everything was shut down due to COVID-19.

Our son tore his ACL when he was 11-years old playing ice hockey. Pediatric ACL repair is rare and thus less researched. We visited several pediatric orthopedic surgeons both in TX and CA prior to meeting Dr. Mansour. Most advised a conservative approach: avoid playing contact sports and postpone ACL repair until knee growth plates have closed (when a person is about 16+ years). Dr. Mansour was the only surgeon we met who had experience with pediatric ACL repair surgery. He was convincing, confident and clear in his recommendations. Our son had an ACL repair, took a year off sports for physical therapy and has been playing ice hockey and other sports ever since. A life-changing experience to have an opportunity to continue playing his favorite sport. Stephanie, Dr. Mansour's assistance, is phenomenal. She is thorough, knowledgeable and detail-oriented. We recommend Dr. Mansour and his practice with no hesitation whatsoever. He's a world-class professional.

I met with 5 doctors (including a top doctor at the Mayo clinic) for a hip dysplasia and labrum tear solution and stopped searching once I found Dr. Mansour. He was not only qualified to handle the complex surgery but is professional and has outstanding bedside manners. Highly recommend!

Our whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. We couldn't be more blessed and thankful to have such great doctor treat our son's injury. Dr Mansour is an incredible doctor and surgeon! He is extremely knowledge and spends as much time with you as needed to ensure everyone understands and has all the information needed to make a decision. I have had two hip surgeries with Dr Mansour and it is truly remarkable what he has been able to do to preserve my hip. He is the best doctor I have ever been to.

Dr. Mansour is amazing! We were referred to Dr. Mansour by one of his colleagues when it was believed that my 5 year old daughter's broken arm needed surgery. At the initial consultation, Dr. Mansour told us that he thought we could avoid surgery and we did! He was wonderful with my daughter during not some not-so-great (pretty painful) moments and explained everything thoroughly to me and my husband. We really dodged a bullet due to his treatment plan and I would enthusiastically recommend him!

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Mansour for about a year and a half for an elbow issue. He is an amazing doctor who is great with his patients especially children. He talked to my daughter and explained everything then would talk to me and ask us if we had any questions. He explained what was going on with my daughter’s arm in words she could understand. My 14 year old is sad we won’t need to see him again unless her elbow starts hurting again. His office staff is great too! Always helpful!

Dr. Mansour was an amazing Doctor. My 8 year old son, broke his finger and Dr. Mansour recommended he have surgery to place pins and allow the bone to straighten as much possible. I trusted his word and I couldn't have made a better decision. He made us feel comfortable with making a decision, as he is very knowledgeable. My son's finger has healed and looks as if it were never broken. After surgery, Dr. Mansour sat with us and explained everything in detail, as to what had occurred during surge

Dr. Mansour has a great bed sid manner and good sence of humor. As well as being very knowledgeable, and able to explain things very clearly. He and his staff are very compassionate and really have their office in order and put their all in to their clients. I had an arthroscopic hip surgery done and was nervous and he and his nurses made me feel very calm and relaxed about what was going on. I would and have recommended him to anyone who need orthopedic help.

Our 5 year old daughter broke her arm and was seen by Dr. Mansour III and his team. The team were very courteous and professional and made us and our daughter feel at ease every step of the treatment. They are great with kids, so much so my daughter was very sad that her arm was fixed, and wants to keep visiting Dr Mansour's practice! We felt very confident with the team and they explained all of our questions and helped us understand the healing process very well. Thank you so much.
