Lady in pain
It was good at first! The office is difficult to make an appointment and when you follow steps on the patient portal, a lot of times it doesn't work. I didn't like when on one appt, I was there expecting my treatment, but had to schedule for the next week and I asked for something for pain until then, and he called it in, but it did NOT relieve any of the pain and it was a few pills. Then the final appt. was told don't accept my insurance. After being referred the first time I was in extreme pain and desperate and he decided to do a steroid epidural and it worked! had a total of 3 since Nov. 2022. Currently, I had an appointment but they no longer accept my insurance.

Excellent Physician
Had severe nerve leg pain. I called for an appointment and was seen quickly. Office staff professional and competent. Office orderly and very clean. Dr Sinofsky was concerned, knowledgeable, read my MrI, correlated my symptoms with the MrI findings. He suggested a plan of treatment. He performed a nerve injection at the site of my problem. His explanation of the treatment was very understandable. The actual procedure was essentially pain free after he numbed my skin. I was out the door in 10 minutes. It was a miracle. My symptoms were relieved. I recommend him to anyone who needs help.

Seen Dr. Sinofsky for years been getting pain medication from him for awhile. Never have failed a drug test, but all of a sudden I was dismissed from the office and wasn't told why they let me go

Dr Sinofsky
Dr. Sinofsky, is very knowledgeable. I’ve had 4-5 epidurals so far, and he explained the procedure thoroughly, had a monitor in the room, where you can watch procedure if you want too. At my follow-up appts, he asks about how past injections did, and LISTENS to me! Today, he explained to me about next steps if/when I need surgery on lumbar. He does NOT rush you at all! The staff is friendly as well. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Sinofsky is nice, but his practice is horrible
I went to Ohio Valley Pain Management for years. I always had anesthesia for my epidural. It was great and I was asleep fast and out the door in an hour. Then, his anesthetists started using Ketamine. The last two procedures were nightmares I wouldn’t wish on anyone. The most previous epidural, I felt like a pin cushion. I had specifically asked for them I wanted to be knocked out. If you can take feeling like a pin cushion and enjoy pain, them keep going there.

Had my initial injection today and was really nervous. I chose to use sedation and lightly slept through the process. Dr. Sinofsky is an amazing medical professional, not to mention an amazing fella overall. I’ve never looked forward to appointments with pain management until now. I’ve never felt so comfortable talking about my chronic pain until now. If you’re having pain issues I would recommend nobody else but Dr. Sinofsky. He’s a 15 on a scale of 1 - 10!
