After a few consultations and a surgery, I have found Dr Alexander Moscovitz to be intelligent, professional, thorough, and attentive which is exactly what I would want from a surgeon. Yes, he was late for our first appointment because of an emergency surgery. I was happy to wait for 45 minutes while he also extended his own day to help someone out. That is the life of a surgeon and common curtesy should prevail here. When he arrived, he carefully explained my cancer operation and answered every question my wife and I had. Despite being behind schedule, he was focused entirely on us and made sure we were comfortable before we left. The day of surgery, he was confident and explained in more detail the procedure. It went well. The next day, he visited me in my room just to make sure I was recovering. Unexpected calls the following week to check up with me was a surprised and made me appreciate him even more. I would highly recommend Dr Moscovitz.

Dr. Moskovitz comes across as a sort of no nonsense kind of guy. He is friendly, though not overly so. He presents as knowledgeable and confident. After I was released from the hospital I ended up in the ER with a fever. He called me the next day to check up on me and schedule an appointment to see me. He seemed concerned and scheduled another follow-up appointment for the next week. Regarding my surgery, I trusted Dr. Moskovitz and would highly recommend him.

Dr. Moskovitz , was late, curt and impatient. As our visit progressed he became hostile and aggressive. I was confused about the surgical process, and he did not care. He cut me off several times as I was asking questions, trying to understand. He was upset and mentioned that he had already spent 31 minutes with me. I remained calm and told him how I felt I was being treated, his response was to attack my character and he threatened to call security as he stormed out of the room. Unprofessional!
