Dr. Alessandro Bianchi, DO

Dr. Bianchi has been my primary doctor for for over 20 years, and my families doctor for over 12 years. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, thorough, kind and caring always listens carefully to all of our concerns. He provides detailed information about any situation that arises pertaining to our care and aftercare, as well as for any medications that he is prescribing. He has recommended many excellent specialists over the years, including surgeons, that have always been superior. His support and front office staff are professional, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. I started seeing his PA, Shanthi Balaraman, 2 years ago and I can't recommend her enough! Shanthi is very detail oriented, explaining each step of my care in easy to understand language and taking as much time as needed to hear my concerns and respond to them. I always recommend Dr. Bianchi to anyone that asks for a excellent Primary Physician and will continue to do so indefinitely.

Great office, very patient-centric, easy to contact via the patient portal. Never a problem getting an appt and not a long wait after you arrive.

I have had a few different family doctors over the years, but I have been a patient of Dr. Bianchi's for several years now and plan to keep it that way. The staff is always friendly and efficient, they even call me ahead of time to remind me of my appointment. Dr. Bianchi is also friendly, empathetic, efficient and very knowledgeable. He is able to answer all my questions in laymen's terms so I understand exactly what he is talking about. On more than one occasion I have needed to speak with him after hours and he has been very helpful and taken my calls and helped resolve my medical issues. He clearly has my best interests at heart.

This doctor does not care about his patients. He is rushed and just checking off boxes so he can get out of there. Long waits every time. At my husband's physical, we waited over an hour to see him. When it was finally our turn, Dr. Bianchi spent less than 10 minutes with my husband when he stopped my husband from speaking and told us we'd have to schedule another appointment to continue discussing his medical needs. Less than 10 minutes into a physical. We were floored. At my last sick appointment, I had bronchitis for a month and he didn't even know what antibiotics his office had already prescribed me for it. He tried to prescribe me one that they already tried and didn't work for me and I had to explain it to him. He obviously doesn't read the chart before coming in to see you. He literally just sees you as a number. Find another doctor.

Dr. Bianchi and his staff are very thorough and take the time to listen to and address your concerns. The office staff is courteous and will call with reminders.

Absolutely great. Super personable and knows what he’s doing. Very trustworthy and listens to you.

Look to put it simply he's gonna nickle and dime you all he can, all while knowing the bare minimum of family health care. Even if you know youre perfectly healthy and are going for a physical, he'll find some way to make you come back, add an extra charge here or there, but if you ask to see an itemized receipt for what he's charging you for he gets all flustered and suddenly the bill drops back down to what it's supposed to be. Don't go here unless youre a fan of getting ripped off.

If you have a complicated chronic illness seek another doctor!

I started going to this doctor because for ease of being close to work and my childcare. Been with this practice for a little over 3 years and never had a problem with contacting them, any staff or medical courses of action. At times I have been seen by nurse practitioners if the doctor is busy. Everyone is on point with charts and where the previous doctor had left off. They always ask if I have concerns or want to cover something they may not have. They really listen.

I have been a patient of Dr Bianchi's for some time now. He is professional, courteous and thorough. He truly cares about his patients. I suffer from several problems and he has always guided me to the best specialists or the the best method to treat my illness.

Dr Bianchi is very thorough in his treatment. He discovered a life threatening situation before any symptoms occurred.that I feel saved my life.

He is a wonderful doctor. He really listens to you and really wants what is best for you. He is a doctor that genuinely cares for his patients. I recommend him to everyone in the area.

First you get shifted from him to another doctor depending on availability. On one occasion he had the wrong patient information for me was reading another persons file Staying with him for convenience.
