Worst therapist in the world!!!

He was excellent. His staff is another story. I had a billing issue which needed clarity. His wife was so rude and couldn't give me any information to help me find the reason my insurance had not covered this particular bill. All I wanted was some paperwork to show my insurance company. She basically wanted me to just take her word that I owed them $300 and pay it. Until the matter was taken care of she informed me I could not see the doctor or get any of my medicine refills. That was my last visit, which was unfortunate because he was helping.

I found this practice via Google and initially spoke with Donna, the receptionist, who emailed me the new patient forms. I returned them promptly but had to call multiple times to speak with her (As she doesn't answer phone calls). I scheduled an appointment for 9 AM on October 14, though they usually open at 10. I even confirmed with Donna the week before. On the day of my appointment, I arrived early, but the office was closed. Despite knocking, ringing the bell, and calling, no one responded. Donna finally showed up at 9:30 but didn’t address the issue. She rudely offered to reschedule, speaking over me before slamming the partition shut. This was an awful experience with unprofessional staff.

He does not listen staff is very unprofessional rude do not know how to properly fill out medical forms does not answer or return calls

He really cares about his patients. I am so glad that he is now my doctor.

Ignores your allergy list. Had two occasions of loss of consciousness because I was given medications that endangered my life. Don't know why he is listed as ob-gyn, because he is a psychiatrist.
