i tore my ACL in high school & dr. pendleton did my surgery. he was great! he’s very knowledgeable in his line of work. he had me healed up in a decent amount of time, his staff was great. he showed me what he was gonna do before he did it and after he did it. he was amazing! i healed perfectly and thanks to him i was able to play not only high school sports again, but even on a collegiate level!

The proof is in the pudding..my foot back together
I was in a serious scooter accident. I wouldn’t even had known to have surgery if I hadn’t had a second opinion from Dr. Pendelton. He told me the full possible routes to take. I was very nervous, never having had a broken bone before, but when I learned about my options, I knew surgery was the answer. Dr. Pendelton was able to see me that week, I had pre op, then surgery two days later. Surgery went perfectly and he spent the time to properly secure the fracture with pins. I’m a month into the healing and just saw the x ray. My 5th phalanx that looked like a Y after the accident now looks like a perfect I. :) I cannot imagine going to any other doctor for breaks or fractures. He’s simply the best!

Doctor Pendleton May be the most intelligent doctor I have ever met. He explained our procedure in a manner that we fully understood all expectations. When he took our son back for surgery we felt completely confident in his care and concerned. We did not feel rushed at any time. I was equally impressed with his personal phone call immediately upon our Dr.s referral.

Dr. Pendelton did an amazing job with our son’s surgery. Our son dislocated his ankle and had a major ankle fracture because of an injury while playing basketball. Throughout the entire treatment which included the surgery and post-op follow ups Dr Pendelton was always accessible and quick to respond. Thanks to Dr. Pendelton our son is now fully healed and playing basketball again on the school team. Words cannot express the gratitude we feel for the amazing work Dr. Pendelton did in healing our son.

Very highly recommend Dr. Pendleton. He is probably the most intelligent person I’ve ever held a conversation with. The first visit I had with him I was unimpressed and was telling my mom about it on our way to the elevators. Someone overheard and told him. He called my mom’s cell and apologized directly to me. He was very sincere, I’m not the forgiving type lol. I have had many orthopedic issues that Dr. Pendleton helped me address. He did my ACL reconstruction beautifully. He also played a major part in the diagnosis of what was causing me such frequent issues. Of every doctor I’ve ever seen, he was the only one pointing out common joint laxity issues. While I can admit his bedside manner was lacking, I have no doubt that he truly cares about his patients and is quite the perfectionist when it comes to the healing process. There’s no one else in the state of Georgia I’d trust more. Highly recommend him.

Not impressed with Dr. Pendleton. I waited an hour for my child to be seen and looked at my watch when he walked in. When he left, he had consulted with us for a whopping 3 minutes. No joke. And this was our second visit like this. His bedside manners are lacking, and he just walked out of the room without saying a word...I didn't know he was done until I realized minutes later he wasn't coming back. Will not be coming back.

I have used Dr. Pendleton both times for my son's knee surgery. LCL, MCL and ACL full repairs/replacements. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I like that he is very conservative and always maps out the different options we could do with the likelihood of success for each one. Also, I will note that he is more engaging with the patient than with the parent. This approach was great with us because as a parent, I was all over the place with anxiety about the injury.

How can you help patients if you don't fully listen to their complaints? He over talks and interrupts worse than a 3 yr old. This man has no business being a doctor much less a children's "specialist". If the problem isn't obvious then your looked at as if your over reacting. The office is also horrible with responding to messages.

Dr. Pendleton is a very talented and caring physician. I would highly recommend him. He quickly diagnosed and treated my broken foot and ankle, and followed up with me to be sure I was comfortable and following instructions for physical therapy to regain full range of motion.
