Ive been a patient of Dr. Lai's office for many years. Ive been seeing Dr. Daniels for 4 years with time between with other pain management specialist due to Insurance reasons. Hands down this facility has helped me the most with my chronic pain and especially answers. Dr. Daniels is a very smart doctor. The most intelligent out of the other 3 pain specialists I've seen in the past. He's always on time and does a fantastic job. I was about to give up all hope with my horrible nerve damage but Daniels knew what to do with tweaking my current and prescribed another type of medication. For that my husband and I are so thankful to him. Staff members are usually pleasant and very sweet. Especially Paula has ALWAYS been proactive and makes any situation easy for us patients. She's always been very professional and kind when speaking to her and she has always resolved any issues. Thank you again CRPM

The staff from the top down is beyond professional. They took the time to answer my questions and not make me feel rushed. The appointment time is always within 10 minutes of seeing the doctor from the front desk Tina to the PA Roxanne it is frankly one of the best bedside manners a doctors office can ask for.

Focused on ending pain, and offered relief of my lower back pain. Full explained the burning of the nerves, not being a complex surgery, more of a long term ending of the majority of my pain issues

I have been seeing Dr. Lai for about 3-4 years and he is wonderful man and explains your treatment always and when I get a shot, he tells me exactly when I will feel the slight pinch. He is very friendly, good staff, and helpful. Dr. Lai is no longer on my HMO plan, but I still use him because I went to two other pain doctors and they were quacks.

Looking for a GOOD doctor? Then DON'T come to this doctor or his office. WORST service i have ever recieved from a doctor or his office. I called for eight weeks straight leaving messages for Sofia (she is the one who schedules procedure dates) and even left messages in their general mailbox and still never recieved a phone call back. There is a lack of communication in this office. Collette, the office manager, thinks she knows everything taking place in the office, but does not!

Dr. Lai is excellent. In the last couple of years he has gotten rid of his inept front desk staff and has a great guy in the front now.

Dr. Lai is a good pain management physician, and he knows his stuff. I have always been treated with kindness and caring by him. I have several painful conditions, and he is always patient & understanding. And, if you have back pain - he will diagnose it and treat it. Some doctors can't figure that out, but Dr. Lai will, and you will feel better. I have the utmost respect for him.

Horrible doctor. I've been dealing with chronic pain for more than 10 years and never seen an office like his. The office staff will lie and treat you like crap. I seen him for a few years and in that time I was treated like a car payment. Good luck seeing the dr. Most of the time you will see some staff assistant sometimes not even being a nurse. I was charged $300 for mental evaluations I never got and appointments he was never in. I have bogus charges and fired him for it. He's a quack
