Uncaring and lazy
My special needs sister was in pain with a UTI, Dr Wong refused to order a UA because another doctor should do it. Took me 5 days to get the approval from the other doctor - she was in pain for 5 more days - uncaring and unbelievable! I asked him for his fax # so home health nurses can send him orders to sign, he said he didn't know it- so I asked to be transferred to his nurses - he said he didn't know how to transfer a call. He is by far the most uncaring, heartless doctor I have ever worked with, He's at Kaiser where the bureaucracy can cover up his ineptitude and laziness. Kaiser has a process to order a medical test and he could have listed another doctor to send the results but he chose the lazy option.

He doesn't listen to concerns from the patient, is dismissive in responses, one consultation is all it took for me to seek another urologist. @nd urologist had concerns about my condition and immediately took steps for corrective action. During my 10-15 minute visit with him he looked at his watch 3 times.

I went in with higher than realistic expectations. I was NOT aware that the larger the hydrocele the less the prognosis for a 'good' (let alone a 'perfect') outcome was in the ˜3% range, and mine returned. I thought it was Wong. However, the size and origin also >the 'failure' rate to ˜10% -14% - all outside the control of the surgeon. My 1st reaction was to 'blame' Wong. The size alone should have told me that I was at < risk of a 'perfect' outcome, with an expert surgeon. Wong was very good.

My husband had to reschedule an appointment because he was getting an eyeball injection the day before and wouldn't be able to drive to the appointment. The receptionist ripped into him and then said they wouldn't see him ever again!
