I had a highly disappointing experience with Dr. Ho ( I am reluctant to call him a Doctor). Instead of improving my back pain, the treatments prescribed actually made my condition by far worse. Despite attending multiple appointments and following his recommendations, I got nowhere. Moreover, I felt like my concerns were dismissed, and the time I spent explaining my symptoms seemed wasted as the care plan didn't reflect my needs. The overall approach lacked a sense of empathy and thoroughness, leaving me frustrated and without relief.I cannot recommend this practice to anyone seeking effective or compassionate pain management.'

Dr. Ho always lets me know what he is going to do before he starts any procedure and answers the questions I have.

I see Dr. Ho for lower and mid-back pain. He is friendly, kind and his words are calming. While he hasn't been able to relieve my back pain fully, he continues to try various options. I would recommend Dr. Ho to friends and family.

I was recently referred to Dr. Ho. During my examination he was curt, skeptical, and rushed the visit with nothing more than a prescription. He asked me questions sarcastically and was wholely unprofessional, especially when it came to a physical examination. He prodded and when I reacted in pain he asked, 'what?' as if I had said something bizarre. No empathy whatsoever.His office staff will not answer the phone and will not return phone calls per my experience. I had to come in person to even schedule an appointment. I do not recommend and will be seeing another specialist.
