Dr. Ajoy Kotwal, MD

I have been a patient of his for a little over a year and in this year I have received some of the worst medical care possible. He doesn’t listen to you even when you advocate for yourself, you have to press him to order labs, his office loses pertinent paperwork with sensitive medical information, he insists all your issues are psych issues if he doesn’t want to do the work to properly examine you and place lab orders. His office never answers the phone and he gives referrals but takes over 2 weeks at a time to process them so you can’t even be seen by the specialist. He is negligent and should not be practicing let alone be a primary care physician as he is more interested in getting you out of the office than providing medical care.

DR KOTWAL Ajoy is very attentive with his patients he really gets to know his patients, Dr Ajoy also has good bedside manner and knows how to describe procedures to make you feel comfortable before going to get them overall care and concern from the office great the gentleman up front that answers phones in the lady that does all the authorizations and stuff they're kind and friendly and know how to get the job done and be great support to Dr KOTWAL Ajoy best primary care physician I've had in a long time

Never see him. He is not understanding when it comes to pain. Wish he would leave being a dr.
