disappointed
At my first visit with Dr. Keyhasian, she assured me she would always respond quickly - either her or her PA. , Not what happened.... I had a troubling issue -- called, front desk exceedingly rude, abrupt - told me she couldn't see me for 3 weeks. What? She never called back, and didn't call the next day either; guess they never put the message through. I finally called a previous orthopedic doctor; their office called right back, and offered me an appointment the next day. Probably not the doctor's fault, but still... if you are going to work in a medical office, at the front desk, at least be understanding and kind. I wish Dr. Keyhasian would do something about her employees -- not exactly the best imagine for a professional who is dedicated to helping people.
